CFB 26 Blue Chip Vol. 1 Kicks Off With LTD Max Klare, Raylen Wilson, and More

A new wave of content has arrived in College Ultimate Team with the launch of Blue Chip Vol. 1, bringing unique Limited Edition (LTD) players, Champions, Heroes, and Elites into the mix.

The Blue Chip program introduces a special mechanic that allows certain players to swap between scheme chemistries while providing rating boosts across entire positions. Players designated as “Blue Chip” also receive double the boost, making them some of the most impactful items in the game right now.

🔥 Blue Chip Vol. 1 LTDs (Available Until November 15)

Two powerhouse LTDs headline the release — each capable of switching between multiple schemes and enhancing key attributes for teammates at their position.

  • 93 OVR Raylen Wilson (WILL – Georgia)

    • Schemes: 4-2-5, 4-3, Multiple D

    • Blue Chip Category: Centerpiece

    • Team Boosts: Applies stat boosts to all linebackers; Blue Chip players receive double boosts.

    • Tier 1 & 2 Boosts:

      • +2 Awareness (AWR)

      • +2 Tackle (TAK)

      • +3 Play Recognition (PRC)

  • 93 OVR Max Klare (TE – Ohio State)

    • Schemes: Air Raid, Spread, Multiple O

    • Blue Chip Category: Trenches

    • Team Boosts: Provides stat boosts to tight ends; Blue Chip players receive double boosts.

    • Tier 1 & 2 Boosts:

      • +3 Run Block (RBK)

      • +2 Block Power (BPR)*

      • +2 Lead Block (LBK)

(*Boost appears as “BPR” in-game but likely functions as Run Lead Strength based on team/scheme boosts.)

Two elite 92 OVR Champions round out the top tier of Vol. 1:

Xavion Alford (SS – Arizona State)

🧩 Blue Chip Program Collection Set

By collecting each Weekly Token, players can eventually redeem a 93+ OVR Blue Chip LTD.

  • Final Reward: A 93+ OVR Blue Chip LTD item — the ultimate prize for consistent participation.

⚙️ Final Thoughts

The Blue Chip program has kicked off strong, offering one of the most innovative systems yet in College Ultimate Team. Between the chemistry-swapping LTDs and position-wide stat buffs, these cards are built to elevate your entire roster — not just a single player.

If you’re chasing upgrades for your linebackers or tight ends, Raylen Wilson and Max Klare are must-haves before they leave packs on November 15.
