NBA 2K26 Ratings: Raptors Once Again Undervalued

With NBA 2K26’s official launch, the spotlight is back on player ratings—and Raptors fans aren’t thrilled. Once again, Toronto’s roster feels shortchanged, with Scottie Barnes at the top of the list at just 85 OVR, the same rating he started last season with.

On the surface, it might seem fair given his averages (19-8-6), but when you stack him against players like Derrick White (87), Jimmy Butler (88), or Zion Williamson (88), it’s easy to see why Raptors fans feel slighted. Barnes could have easily been bumped to an 86 to reflect his two-way impact.

• Scottie Barnes – 85 OVR Consistent production, elite defense, but still stuck at last year’s rating. Should be higher compared to some of his peers.

• Brandon Ingram – 84 OVR A fair placement given his injuries, though if healthy he could climb back into the high 80s like past seasons.

• RJ Barrett – 82 OVR Improved playmaking went unnoticed here. Many argue he deserves at least an 83.

• Immanuel Quickley – 81 OVR Coming off an injury-plagued season, this feels fair, though he should rise if healthy.

• Jakob Poeltl – 80 OVR Solid big man who gets overshadowed by more modern centers. Seeing Naz Reid rated higher is frustrating—Poeltl belongs in the 82 range.

📋 Raptors Bench

• Gradey Dick – 78 OVR Outperformed peers like Poziemski and Wallace last season but sits lower. Should be at least a 79.

• Ja’Kobe Walter – 74 OVR Strong rookie flashes make this rating feel too low compared to others in his draft class.

  A double-double wing defender should be no lower than 83.

• Kawhi Leonard – 92
  Injuries and declining output should place him closer to 90.

• Amen Thompson – 87
  Great talent, but the numbers (14 PPG, 28% from three) don’t back this up.

• Julius Randle – 86
  Postseason struggles and production dips make 84 a more realistic start.
